Follow along yoga, with music and no talking for 50 minutes. It's ok to dance too if you like the music as much as I do.

I call it yoga and movement because I will mostly do basic yoga poses and add a few mobility moves my trainer told me to do to combat sitting. My mobility is below average, so if I can do it, I’m sure you can too.
